Faulty Product Return

If your return is for a faulty product we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you or provide a pre-paid courier shipping label for you to easily return it back to us.  Please let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement unit sent to you (if available in stock).

 

Wrong Product Return

If your return is for a product we’ve sent you in error, then we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you or provide a pre-paid courier shipping label for you to easily return it back to us.  Please let us know if you would like a credit or the correct product unit sent to you (if available in stock).

 

Change-Of-Mind Returns

For most items we allow returns for unopened & unused items. The item must be returned, at your own cost with proper tracked courier service, in its original packaging in sellable condition. Just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be glad to help out.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNED GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM AND WE WILL CHARGE 15% RE-STOCKING FEE IN CHANGE OF MIND CASES.
