Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
Most products advertised are delivered overnight within New Zealand provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time (usually 3:00 PM : Mon-Fri).
Account Customers:
The freight charges calculated for your order will be based on your current account with Prime Solutions. Freight charges are not displayed at checkout, but will be automatically calculated at time of dispatch from our warehouse. Please contact your Prime Solutions representative for full details of your account freight rate.
Non-Account Customers:
A standard freight charge of $9.50 + GST will be added to each order. This charge will be viewable at the final stage of the checkout process. Please note this does not include large freight items such as plastic roll or bulky item or Heavy Item or rural deliveries which have a freight charge.

Faulty Product Return
If your return is for a faulty product we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement product sent.
Wrong Product Return
If your return is for a product we’ve sent you in error, then we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know if you would like a credit or the correct product.
Change-Of-Mind Returns
For most items we allow returns for unopened unused items. The item must be returned, at your cost, in its original packaging in shop condition. Just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be glad to help out.
